Baldwin just straight up owned Spencer in that exchange. Spencer tells everyone what a badass he is, and Baldwin just laughs in his face. You could practically see Spencer deflate.

 Puhleeze.  Baldwin was the only one laughing and that's just because there was a big black guy inbetween him and Spencer.  He wouldn't have the nerve to laugh in Spencer's face.
