Bad news I just left my Dr, .I'll never be cleared to fight again. Got a new MRI a few weeks ago, Arthritis has set in my spinal cord and he is not sure the surgery would change anything this long after, too much damage done to the cord.

Good News is Marijuana is still to be legalized everywhere. Guess I could staRT again.

I think it was a MMA greco workout with Coture and Riveria but not sure, that when I remember it starting, Coture made a comment about it, but?...That was about a week before my fight so, I just toughed it out, It really got worse after the Din Triangle, but its been a long time ago
