- Serra suffered a bruised ulnar nerve in his second fight with GSP and only resumed boxing and rolling again a few weeks ago.
- He's beginning to train for his grudge match against Hughes. Although nothing has been signed, Serra says the fight is "concrete" at this point, guaranteed to take place as soon as Hughes recovers from the knee injury he suffered against Thiago Alves at UFC 85. (A knee injury which Serra says he'll be trying to exploit in the bout.)
- Training partner Pete "Drago" Sell will be dropping to 170 for a fight against Josh Burkman at UFC 90 in Chicago.

That has to be a hellish cut. I always thought Sell looked pretty big at 185, he'll be huge at 170.

Both Sell and Burkman would be GREAT additions to the WEC, imo.
Give the WEC WW division some depth already, instead of leaving guys like Burkman, Sell, and Lytle in the middle to the UFC 170 division. Sell would be great at 185 in the WEC too.

I was just wondering whatever the hell happened to Sell the other day, crazy to think of him cutting to 170
I really have no desire to see Burkman ever again, not sure why the UFC keeps bringing guys like him back that no one likes and doesn't really seem to ever cause any excitement on a card
Let Burkman go to Elite and be hyped up as an instant title contender to feed to Shields IMO
I'm willing to give Sell a chance to see how he looks at 170 at least
