 Bobby Pacquiao, Manny's younger brother.  He fooled all of us drunks into thinking he was Manny while happily posing with all the wiminz.  He even tapped me on my shoulder and gave me a fist bump while walking unnoticed through the crowd, so like a dummy I could yell, "It's PACMAN" and everyone could rush to take pictures...
