Oscar de la Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions entered into the MMA market with a trilogy fight between UFC Hall of Famers Chuck Liddell and Tito Ortiz on Saturday at The Forum presented by Chase in Inglewood, California. These are purses, as reported to the California State Athletic Commission.

The headliners also reportedly will get a large percentage of the pay per view television revenue, but the number of buys has not been revealed.

De La Hoya had criticized fighter pay in the UFC, which led many to believe compensation at Golden Boy MMA events would be higher, but it was unfortunately far from that.
