Fighter Bio

Career

Daniel Molina (born June 19, 1984) is a professional MMA fighter. Molina started training with Ken Shamrock's Lion's Den as a 16-year-old at Douglas High. At the time, Molina also wanted to continue to play football at Douglas. But practice with Shamrock interfered with summer workouts, so Molina gave up football and focused on wrestling in high school.

Molina stayed with Shamrock and is now fighting for the Nevada Lions. In December he'll try out again for the five-man Lions Den IFL team as a middleweight. This was the first year he made the IFL team.

Molina has attended Sierra College, where he was also on the wrestling team, and Lassen College. He plans to attend Western Nevada Community College in the fall and pursue a degree in criminal justice.
