- Rocky is an aggressive fighter with heavy hands, great strength, and controlling wrestling skills - He describes himself as a “fighter” as opposed to a mixed martial artist or striker, in that no matter what happens in a match Rocky will be “fighting” and trying to inflict damage. - He is always ready to stand in the middle of the ring and bang but well versed in the ground game and promises to put on an exciting fight no matter where the fight goes.

Training

- Stonefist has been training in boxing since age 12 under father, papa Rock, a former amateur boxer and long time brawler, who has been through the gauntlet of rough and always finds a way to prevail - As it is well know, diet and nutrition are important aspects to mma. Rocky has just half a semester shy of a bachelor’s degree in nutrition. As such he is able to control and fluctuate his weight easily with a given amount of time. - Rocky has trained submission wrestling for the past four years, including jui jitsu, judo, traditional wrestling, take kwon do and sambo. Not sticking to one martial art, he has taken a little of what works for him from different disciplines and combined it into his own way of submission grappling. - He is constantly training and improving his skills. Rocky trains on a professional level.
