Eddie The Hulk Hernandez Bio

I've been training in martial arts since I was 5 years old. By the age of 12 I received my 1st degree black belt under Grand Master In-Mook Kim at Kim’s Academy of Tae Kwon Do in San Antonio, Texas. At the age of 16 I decided to pursue other sports such as football and wrestling. By that time I had achieved the rank of a second degree black belt. I wrestled 2 years at Judson Senior High School and during that time I wrestled year long. I am a state champion in Texas and Florida. While wrestling in the finals of the Texas State Championship I took second place in freestyle against UFC Roger Huerta. I've also wrestled 5 years at the collegiate level at Lehigh University, University of the Cumberlands, and Missouri Valley College.

I have been training in mixed martial arts since August of 2007 in Tampa, Florida having stated with the XFC and currently training with World Class martial Arts from Tampa, FL. My first pro fight with Xtreme Fighting Championships on November 11th 2007 in the St. Pete Times Forum was in Tampa in front or nearly 14,000 people against Tom Boccia. I succeeded in winning my debut. I followed that with 2 more victories before suffering my only set-back against Steven Ramos. After the Ramos fight I bounced back with an impressive TKO in the first round against the then undefeated Chris Bofill at the RFC’s main event on April 17, 2009.

Currently I have a record of 4-1 with 3 tkos. My next fight lined up is against Todd Cutler who is undefeated at 6-0 at the A LA Carte Pavilion in Tampa, Fl.
