Hillary Williams was born in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1988. She grew up playing softball, soccer, volleyball, golf, and riding horses. In June 2006, in an effort to become more fit, Hillary discovered Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at a local gym. She became addicted to the sport after her first competition just one month later and began to juggle her other sports and school with Jiu Jitsu so she could find time to train. She graduated from Mills University Studies High School in 2007 as an Advanced Placement Scholar with Distinction, ranked top 10 scholar-athlete in the state of Arkansas, and 4-time all-state ranked athlete in 3 different sports. Hillary entered the Honors College at the University of Central Arkansas where she has now declared a biology (Pre-Medicine) major. At just under 2 years training, Hillary has achieved the rank of purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Her competition accomplishments include two consecutive gold medals at the Pan American Jiu Jitsu Championships as well as 22 other gold medals from across the country.
