Ben Rothwell (born October 17, 1981 in Kenosha, Wisconsin) is an American professional mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter. He is currently fighting for the Quad City Silverbacks of the International Fight League.

With a personality as big as his 6’5” frame, Rothwell is one of the most entertaining athletes in the IFL. He has rattled off 11 knockouts among his first 17 MMA victories, with a flair that crowds enjoy.

Rothwell cites his mother, who along with his father own and manage a historic restaurant, fiance and daughter as the most motivational people in his life. When not competing, Rothwell is an avid cook.
