Mike "The Joker" Guymon is an American mixed martial artist from Newport Beach, California currently fighting in welterweight division in International Fight League. He is currently training with the Tucson Scorpions Coached by MMA and UFC legend Don Frye.

Guymon began his professional MMA career in 1999, and has fought intermittently since then. Mike Guymon has currently a MMA record at 6-2-1.

Joker's Bio

Michael "The Joker" Guymon has been fighting professionally since 1999, is currently the King of the Cage (K.O.T.C.) World Champion in the welterweight division, and has been a trainer and corner man for many top professional MMA fighters. Although he is veteran fighter of Cage Combat, Ultimate Athlete, K.O.T.C., and the International Fight League, his true passion is teaching mixed martial arts. Joker is the co-owner and founder of Jokers Wild Fighting Academy in Lake Forest, Ca. He believes that the best way to keep this sport growing is to continue passing knowledge onto the next generation of students and fighters. Joker’s crazy, off-the-wall antics and humor have helped him earn notoriety within the MMA community. In addition to being a fighter and a sought out MMA instructor, he has become a very recognizable figure in and around the MMA world. He was one of the original “Tapout Crew” and is currently working with Sprawl, Fairtex, Lexani, Gamma-O and Rolling Big Power (RBP) among others in their advertising and marketing programs. Joker has been seen in numerous TV shows and as well as magazines, newspapers, music videos, and radio shows. Joker was recently victorious in, what was arguably considered the most important fight of his career. He dominated former K.O.T.C. welterweight champion, Anthony Lapsley, by enforcing his will and superior technique from the sound of the bell in the opening round, till he ended the fight in the 5th round by Arm-Triangle to capture the Welterweight Championship Belt. He already has offers on the table from two of the largest fight promotions in the industry. With his infectious smile, whit as quick as his shot, and a devastating ground game, his star is sure to continue rising.
