Fighter Bio
Career
Aaron Stark (born July 21, 1975) is an American professional mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter. He is currently fighting for the Portland Wolfpack of the International Fight League.
Stark has had a long-time interest in wine, which piqued while he was earning an agricultural business degree at the University of Wisconsin. That interest turned into a family business, and Stark now manages the Colene Clemens Vineyard in Oregon.
Stark uses the same attention to detail and patience that are required in running a successful vineyard into the ring. He likens the versatility needed in various aspects of wine making to that exhibited by the top Mixed Martial Artists.
