I missed his reign as a top guy. Can my pwg bros help me start catching up on his career? Specifically, please recommend me when dropped the apa and began a successful singles run.

Thanks.

May 16th, 2004 is his first PPV match as JBL. It is actually an incredible match (uncensored)

It sucks knowing the guy was such an ass behind the scenes. His climb to success would be much more inspiring.

Jbl had a damn good title reign.

His programs with Taker and Cena were great, but his best shit was the stuff with Eddie. Watch the stuff with Eddie, it was some of his best shit too

Something something Triple H didn't want to work Tuesday's.

His "I want my damn torch back!" promo was excellent

His I quit match with cena is one of my personal favorites, and that's saying something considering how little I care for cena.

I liked his in ring work and persona but he’s apparently such an asshole outside the ring. The homoerotic bullying stories and shooting on Blue Meanie are prime examples.

I really liked the JBL character. One of my all time favorite moments, is when he completely destroys Hornswoggle in Cage match. Finlay is handcuffed to the ropes and is stuck watching his pal take a beating. Swoggle sold his ass off, and JBL made it look violent as all Hell, its exceptionally brutal.

JBL vs. Eddie, where Guerrero SHATTERED the "Muta Scale" for color- was an unbelievable feat of human performance to behold.

I've always loved the Clothesline From Hell, also- it's second to none... besides maybe Stan Hansen's lariat.
