Which is better and which do you prefer. I'm looking into taking 1 of them. Any replies would be appreciated.

Fish oil by far.

I am a BJJ'er at Cobrinhas and I also have a fitness blog and recently compared krill and fish.

be careful with krill oil. a mate who had no idea about its potency developed a terrible reaction to krill oil and ended up in hospital for 3 days.
took him out of action from training for about 3 weeks

in for interesting blob articler. Thanks Soldia.

I'm concerned about sustainability too, but I would think that that is just as much if not more of a problem with fish oil?
