Ours is actually quite strict: you have to keep it a hundred 24/7.

Not easy to do.

Wait, is Barra's curriculum connected...? How like Cross fit all does the same workout of the day?

Or, there is a just a set curriculum and differnt schools rotate throught it at different rates?

We are on a 16 week curriculum. The beginners program should be teaching the same things across the world on the same day 

 

the advanced program will be showing moves from the same positions but whatever moves from there they want to show. Last week was foot sweeps and mount.  The upcoming week is sacrifice throws and guard

I have friends in 3 GB schools. None of them follow the curriculum.
