Monday: Chest/Biceps

  • Incline Press 3 x 12/8/6
  • Incline Fly’s 3 x 12/8/6
  • Decline Press 3 x 12/8/6
  • Barbell Curls 3 x 12/8/6
  • Concentration Curls 3 x 12/8/6

 

Does that mean he does 1x12, 1x8, 1x6 or does it mean he does 3x12, 3x8, 3x6?

I could handle the first one.  The second option would kill me.  Not to mention, there's not enough time in the day for me to get that many reps in.
