I don't know, but I just got tickets today to see Mexico vs. Portugal at Gillette Stadium on June 6.

Do teams play their starters in games right before the World Cup?

1st time I have looked at the betting odds.

Surprised Spain are fourth favourites at 13/2. Clearly the best value bet there IMO, followed by Germany at a decent 11/2.

Brazil have a very good chance being the host nation but not sure 3/1 is worth a bet when you can get roughly double the return on Spain and Germany, who I think stand a better chance of winning. As for Argentina, they will probably do what they always do and disappoint.

Anyone have odds on who will win the Golden Boot? Phone Post 3.0

England and Netherlands are good value for "long shot" bets. Phone Post 3.0

Portugal vs Mexico on now, 85 minutes and still 0-0. No Ronaldo, but Portugal doesn't look like a world beater.

Supposedly Germany isn't so great lately either...then again the USA hasn't looked awesome either.

Have you seen Germany's roster? They could field a whole team with nothing but stud midfielders in every position. Granted great roster does not equal great team, but I think Germany has the best shot to win it. Phone Post 3.0

Not doubting Germany is a monster team, just read online yesterday that they weren't doing well in the warm up games (no idea if that's true, just read some comments people posted).

I'd like to say England, as they are playing very well right now, unfortunately they can't seem to buy a goal and there is a serious risk of us running into Spain or Brazil in the Quarters.

Im going to bet on every game I watch to liven things up. Last world cup I put a 1000 dollar bet on, might do the same If I find the right game.
Really not sure who will win it overall Phone Post 3.0

They started slow but started looking good in the second half vs Armenia, they scored 6 goals.A damn shame about Reus being injured though. Phone Post 3.0
