Tilla - I love Boxing, Swimming, Grappling, Weightlifting, Med Ball workouts, Skipping and Tennis.
For me, fitness is my business, so I workout as part of my profession. For hobbies, I like SCUBA diving (which is not an athletic activity per-se). I like reading, writing, cooking...watching movies.
My favorite physical activity in the world is Body Surfing (which I only do about once per year when I am on vacation).
I also enjoy Soccer and Futsal.
BJJ, thai boxing, Judo. Hiking, surfing, rock climbing, soccer, 2 hand touch football, volleyball during the summer :)
oh and sex
