How well would he have performed in the cage? Once he caught a guy in the crippler crossface it was all over!!! Discuss. Your welcome.

A clear candidate for proving the effectiveness of the knife edge chop in a real fight. No one would know what to do when faced against such a technique.

I heard he could've been a real killer, but he decided to hang 'em up before anybody got a chance to see.

Anyone that came from Stu Harts dungeon would of had a base knowledge of legit catch. Obviously by the mid 2000’s 1 style fighting was becoming extinct in MMA but the 90’s I imagine he’d of had some success.

If headbutts aren't allowed I can't see how he finishes a fight, I'm not sure if knife edge chops are legal either

I don't think any state would give him a license since he murder his wife and child, hypothetical of course, cause you know,he hung himself with his bow flex after killing them...lol

His brain was complete mush and he would of died within 10 months after he did what he did anyways. As far as wrestling goes though he was probably legit one of the top 3 best period. He competed as hard as you can and went balls to the wall every single match. If he joined the pre Zuffa UFC he probably would of done well. Prove me wrong!

I doubt he'd fare a lot better than his NJPW rival Jushin Liger did. Both of them wrestled a very physical style from day one and were all banged up by their late 20s; they were talented enough to transition from being fast, spunky young guys to more deliberate, methodical mat/power wrestlers -- with occasional bursts of flying fury -- without seeming "worse" in the ring.

How well he could have performed in the cage really depends who he was facing in there, if it was his wife and child he probably would have done well... Ooohh possibly too far.
