Jorge Rodrigues def. Ken Jackson via Submission (Kneebar) - Round 1

Rodrigues was getting dominated and pulled this off out of nowhere with 15 seconds left in the round.

Video image is reversed for some reason, but here's the entire fight:

Is it me or does it seem like Jackson's own overhook partially created the leverage for that.

I actually got taught this pretty early by guy who did Japanese jiu-jitsu. Sweet Move I really couldn't believe worked... Until he did it to me. Knee bars>arm bars Phone Post

Winston Wolf - guy defended way wrong
I've pulled that kneebar off quite a few times (in training) usually against larger guys, from a leg trip onto the kneebar. You won't know it's on until it's too late.

If ken defended that all wrong then there are very few who know that's coming. He has great jiu jitsu (black belt iirc) Phone Post 3.0

Its a sneaky technique and if you have powerful legs you can bring the hurt on someone with it. Are you a bb? Phone Post

Fabio Gurgel hit this in the European BJJ championships just a couple years ago. He got it from the top while working to pass.

A phenomenal move to hit in the cage, no doubt thanks for posting.

It's one of those moves that seems like it only works on the mat and not in a fight but once you get caught it in, it's hard to escape.

Funky submission, thank for posting it.

Frank Mir attempted this against Dan Christison at UFC 61, but couldn't get the finish. Thats the only other time I've seen it.
