Okay. I don't train. I've been a dancer all my life and when I watch Dirty Dancing, I want to dance that day.

So, I'm sitting here watching Rocky II, and I'm wondering is there a certain movie that inspired you to start training in the martial arts or in boxing. (And for the record, I still hate my parents for never having put me in karate after I first saw "Enter the Dragon.")

Thoughts.... Phone Post

Rocky

After I saw that movie back in 77 I rode my 10-speed down Ming Avenue in Bakersfield CA looking for a boxing gym. Instead I found Way of Japan Shotokan Karate, Sensei Abe Belardo's school & Benny Urquidez fight stable and the rest as they say... Is history

In my youth I would have said JCVD's film The Quest. But I'd be terrified to watch this movie as an adult as it is probably horrible now haha
