It was a white collar boxing match. I'm in the red vest. The two of us only sparred for the first time five weeks ago, so please excuse the sloppy techniques, but it was a crowd-pleasing conclusion!

UPDATE:
A pal of mine put together the highlights of my first four fights.

Thanks, lads. I'm a long-time fight fan, have been to a few UFC's, Muay Thai nights etc, but being naturally non-confrontational it took me a long time to get my head around having a go myself. I trained hard and it's nice when it works out.

I trained Muay Thai on and off for a couple of years, but just pad/bag work to keep in shape, I never sparred. Signed up for this and started training on Oct 1, started sparring twice a week from Nov 16.

Damn, you caught him with another shot before that which was pretty solid as well.  Nice, tight defenseive counter punching.   You got heat in those punches man.  You needs to get you in an MMA fight next!

Thanks very much, lads. Didn't feel too great about it afterwards, as he's a sound fella, but a fight's a fight, I suppose.

You warned for sloppy technique so when I clicked the video I expected the usual 2 bums winging punches wildly with no regard to anything. I was wrong. Very nice man! That was impressive and I could feel that punch from here, Phone Post

Yeah, when he said "white collar" and sloppy technique I was thinking toughman contest shit.  But then I realized, he's British.  I think like half the male population there has a bit of boxing training in their backgrounds.  I guess it's like hockey to Canadians or baseball to Americans for them.

The other guy had slightly sloppy technique, very old fashioned straight up style, not a smart stance to use against a guy who is coming in compact like OP was throwing tight hard hooks to counter those upright jabs coming from his opponent.
