I posted a thread a while back about a bulging disc problem I've been having, and following the advice of one of the guys from the gym that went through the same issue and came back from it, I tried rolfing. I've only done two (fairly painful) sessions, and I'm really impressed with the results. In the past 3 months this is the best my back has felt, and I've got some real improvement in the range of motion and the daily pain has gone down to almost zero.
If anyone out there has back issues from training I highly recommend it. I think I'm going to get it on a regular basis from here on out just for maintenance.
