Twitter reacts to Cormier over Henderson

Daniel Cormier's domination of Dan Henderson was such that that the fighters appeared to be in different weight classes. And they may have been. Hendo, now off Testosterone Replacement Therapy, came in seven pounds under the limit, at 199. Cormier cut over 20 pounds to get there.

Minute by minute, Twitter reacted:

Chris Clements @menaceclements
Henderson looks so little in there

@danhendo just got choked unconscious and is totally calm and making jokes now in the post-fight interview. What a man. *swoons*

I called @dc_mma beating up @JonnyBones in 2009, it's gonna happen in 2014!

This is a very pro Hendo crowd. He apologizes to them afterwards. Hendo says he might go to 185. "I'm not done yet. I love this sport."

I would love to see Hendo vs Chael or Hendo vs Wand 3. Hopefully he does go back to MW because there are a lot of good matchups for him there with guys he actually has a decent shot at beating, like Boetsch, Costas Phillipou, Mousasi, or Rockhold.

I don't think Hendo V Chael will ever happen. But there are a ton of good fights for Hendo at 185, and with Anderson dethroned.... he might figure himself for the title with a couple of good wins.

I like the Mousasi fight.

Love the sportsmanship at the end.

And I would love to see  Hendo retire.

The crazy thing is this is a 35 year old DC. What if he started 5 years earlier and was reaching his peak at 30?

I've never seen Hendo thrown around like that. Jones better be worried DC is going to dump him on his head. Phone Post 3.0

DC isn't that exciting to watch though. Plays it pretty safe.
