Yeah, it's massive! I got floor seats but even I'm worried that I'll be staring at the screen all night. Oh well, at least I'll be there. It's gonna be an awesome event nonetheless!

It will fill. We are starved for live events in Australia. Our land mass is not that much smaller than the US yet we only have 23 million people here. The US has mma events in pretty much every state we have them in maybe 4 of our states.

People will flock to this thing like flies on shit, it will be one busy city that weekend.

Well said. People don't know how big this event will be for Melbourne. Despite the rather lackluster card, this event is sure to draw in a capacity crowd of people from all over Australia. If all goes well, the UFC could possibly fill out MCG (100k+ seating) for a mega event topping anything that could ever be done at Cowboys Stadium ...one day.

Despite what Dana says it's WAY more entertaining to watch fights at home or in a bar. Why would you buy a ticket to see ants fighting?! Waste of money. Phone Post 3.0

There is nothing like a live event. The atmosphere is insane. The Aussie crowds have some of the best atmosphere in the WORLD (I've fought all around the planet). This stadium show will go off. I'm excited to be there for this one!

AH! good.. just saw the ticket sale setup, that seems way better than the first picture suggests..it seemed like the octagon would be cramped in the corner which would suck for everyone in the opposite one.

It'd be interesting to see how the final setup is.

I still remember when Dana said there's no way women will be fighting in the UFC. Now, 2 WMMA fights will be headlining a PPV in a 50,000 + seat stadium.

Lets hope the main event lasts longer than 30 sec and my mates down under can get their monies worth.

You get a better view on your tv at home but the atmosphere in the arena is amazing. I saw Cro Cop and Wanderlei (vs Franklin) live and lemme tell you I jumped up like a little child and screamed SIILVVAAAAAAA along with Buffer when he announced him. My friends looked at me like I was a god damn retard.
That being said it's hella expensive and I haven't been to one in 6 years :)
