And get flagged.

Now fighters will be "forgetting" them left and right. And, sadly, when a fighter legitimately does forget it he/she is fucked.

They going to pay the fighters more for having to be subject to this?

Uh, does this app put some financial burden on you? I don't agree with the 24 7 tracking but your question is borderline retarded.

If you have nothing to hide then who cares? Unfortunately half the roster likely shit their pants when they saw this.

I'd imagine it's a take it or leave it situation if it goes through.

It's not like they don't have already have a bunch of other apps constantly tracking their location as is.

That's what I was thinking.  Almost every app tracks your location as is.  People will bitch about anything.  They bitch about having to give their whereabouts constantly, so they come up with something that prevents them from having to it, and they bitch more smh.  Sounds like most of the people I work with.

While this is true those other apps have nothing to do with them being drug tested.  There is a bit of difference imo.

There are other organizations besides the UFC if you don't like their policies. I wouldn't want to be tracked 24/7 but when you take the kings shilling, you do the kings bidding.

No matter what anyone does for work, if the conditions aren't agreeable you don't have to work for them. UFC contracts are a bitch to get out of but it is possible. Mir just got out of his.

Would come in handy next time Jones hides under a cage for 8 hours...

Is this for doctors, nurses, public servants, or military personnel in case of a catastrophic event?

Oh no, it's for fucken fighters.  This shit is getting ridiculous.

I don't think it's that retarded. At a previous job I would be on call over the weekend in case somebody needed me. So I had to carry my work phone with me everywhere I went which was a burden and not included in my regular job description. So I would get paid an extra flat rate anytime I had to carry my work phone after my normal weekly hours, no matter if I had had a call or not. Not everyone wants to have their phone glued to their hip, it's a added responsibility which I believe warrants some kind of compensation. Just my opinion

They should also have to pay the fighters phone/ mobile tablet bills from now on. 500 fighters x $100 a month to add this plan. WME will be all over it.....

I thought a part of the deal now was that they already had an app where you constantly had to notify the USADA of your location so that they can test you at any time.

In fact, I thought Cowboy caught a little heat because he either didn't update it or incorrectly registered where he was going to be and they tried to test him and he wasn't there.

It actually seems like this would be more convenient than having to do it yourself manually.

If I had a job in which the possibility of round-the-clock drug testing was a condition of employment, I don't see how it would bother me that much.

" Not everyone wants to have their phone glued to their hip"

Have you looked around lately? People would glue them to their eyeballs if they could.
Haha true but my statement isn't false if there are still a few that don't! More than anything I would say a lot wouldn't want to be connected to work 24/7 especially if there are consequences for not having it 24/7, at least without some sort of compensation! But you are 100% correct, "I don't want to carry my phone all the time" would not be a valid excuse for the majority!

Bingo. If you’re clean it really shouldn’t be an issue at all.
