I'd appreciate you not re-posting something that the owner of the site deletes. So we're even.

It is two girls kissing provocatively. There is no nudity or sex act depicted and it isnt from a pornographic site. It is OG legal. People have posted much worse that is tolerated.

How do I know that other than you telling me that Kirik deleted it? Nobody contacted me. It seems to me like an arbitrary enforcement of the rules and if anyone has the right to be arbitrary, it is Kirik.

It doesn't really matter who deleted it. If a Mod deletes something, immediately re-posting that item is not the right thing to do.

With regard to the GIF, personally  I don't see a huge problem with it and I wouldn't have deleted it. But if a Mod ever deletes anything, re-posting the offending item is poor form IMO.

That's your opinion and you're entitled to it. 1. It doesn't violate TOS 2. It was on a MOTPH thread and as if those aren't risque in and of themselves, it wasn't like I was using it to troll or ruin a thread. 3. I appreciate the MOD solidarity but I am not going to disregard my judgement because somebody anonymously deletes my post with no public or private indication why. I've been here 14 years with the same SN and I haven't been banned or frozen once.

I'm not saying you shouldn't ask someone about it by either making a thread or PMing someone, but you could have done that without posting the actual item that was deleted.

I don't disagree with points 1 and 2. As I said, with regard to the pic I agree and see nothing OG unsafe about it. This is just a general thought about immediately re-posting something a mod or admin deletes.

Well how am I supposed to get an explanation without posting it if I don't know who deleted it and why? Especially when I KNOW there isn't anything illegal about it. Some anonymous person deleted it. It is a double standard IMO.

PM me and I'll find out for you. Or you can still make a thread about a deleted pic without actually posting the pic. Phone Post

So did Kirik delete it or not? You just said he did. Why do I need to PM you now? I just stated what happened and when. I am bringing this to your attention now. Whoever deleted it knows who they are and could have PMed me about it. They chose not to. I know I did nothing wrong.

I don't mean PM me about this incident. I was just giving you two examples of other ways you could have handled it without posting the pic that someone just deleted. Phone Post

My point is this:

Nobody except Kirik is above oversight and no one is above scrutiny or criticism.

I don't disagree. And again, I wasn't saying you shouldn't have made a thread questioning it. What I am saying is that you could have made a thread questioning it without actually re-posting the item that got deleted. That's all.
