I'm sorry but man it makes me actually want to find something to do for 15 minutes and takes me out of the fight. That was horrendous , someone going in with the only gameplay to lay on top of you and continually go for takedowns desperately.

It was the same with Colton smith you knew he was just going to dive for takedowns and lay there with no intent on finishing. When I would see him on cards It just made me dread the fight.

Why even keep him? He's clearly not
Close to being the best and this is the UFC. Kingsbury was out of it and with any amount of continual punches on the ground it would of been over.

End rant but damn it really

I hate lay n pray as much as anyone but I enjoy watching cummins fight. Nice takedowns and always looking to improve position and deliver gnp. He looks to finish fights as well. Phone Post 3.0

I had no problems with the fight actually, same kind of wrestling clinic Khabib put on against Trujillo and everyone seemed to enjoy that

His second fight in the UFC and you're suggesting he get cut gets due to game plan and lack of entertainment? Go rewatch early Koshcheck fights where he wrestle fucked a few dudes before become a super heel who finished guys in exciting fasion before fighting for the title. Phone Post 3.0

Enjoyed his fight. Thought the commentary was unnecessary about him finishing, he was delivering good ground and pound. Phone Post 3.0

I enjoyed watching his grappling. Boys bad.

And, fuck, unless you're Jon Jones, you don't wake up to being Jon Jones one day. Give the man some time... Phone Post 3.0

Can't be serious. Pat is 1-1 in the UFC. GSP is the most dominant WW we've seen. Phone Post 3.0

If he developed a sick D'arce or guillotine he'd be a tough dude to beat

His wrestling is legit

MMA is now a career for most UFC.

Consequently you are going to have fighters caring more about the win than the finish. I somewhat agree with OP and Rogan that PC could have done more but I fully understand why a badass in one discipline will be reluctant to stray from it.

I didn't mind the fight but I went to Penn State so was pulling for PC to win any way he could. Phone Post 3.0

I don't think that's giving Cummins enough credit. That was a ragdolling. GSP is no killer from on top (extremely dominant, yes, killer, no).

he was really impressive and I wanted him to get crushed, he slowly made me realize that sadly Kingsbu had no chance at the win.

dude could be/probably is legit.

For a guy that wouldn't even be in the UFC if not for an injury I thought he did great. Hopefully he keeps improving Phone Post 3.0
