Our Vision For the Future: ?BJJ Workouts aims to change the focus of BJJ players away from the notion that Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a simple leisure activity with little physical requirements.
In fact, just the opposite is true. BJJ players are athletes and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu itself is athletic in nature. To submit you opponents, you must produce the maximum range of motion and force in the joints at the hips, spine and shoulders. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu can and will produce injuries in an unfit, tight and ill-prepared body.
