Big reason it changes was my mom's friends thought it was a S&M site. |

Was just using the MMA Contacts section with the WayBack machine and it had a bunch of (now) famous fighters with their personal emails listed. Lol. |

Does anyone else remember the if the Lion's den was a sitcom thread. I still laugh about that sh*t. I started jjj in1987 and judo in 94 My first gym was the Tucson dojo and there was this maniac wrestler who looked like magnum PI who talked about some crazy Tournament he was going to in Puerto rico. That was Don Frye's first foray into mma I watched the pay per view in a Bar with his mom at the table with us.I was hooked for life. |

lol I got my fight name from this site. It was my screen name & it stuck. Someone from here was at one of my fights. They said "hey aren't you GrappleGirl from submission fighting?" The promoter heard that & there ya go.... |

What's sad is that I've been here since 09 but know a lot of this info from 10 years prior. That shit is nuts.

BobAsh - ^ I remember you Diesel. Us old guys tend to remember each other.
Yup, that's me. My inner-city crew gave me the moniker, along with brawlic-brolic. I took it as a tremendous compliment; very few observant Jews in the past generation would have earned such an appelation. 67 refers to 1967, the year Jerusalem was liberated.

I signed in as Dan "The Wolfman" back than, but only Dan showed up. There was also Dan Black right? How long have I been on? Any way of looking it up? Prob 97 or 98 I would guess? |

Just adding, I craved the Fighting Sports Newletter, in 1997 that was the best thing going, following Pele and such. Also had that Tito card, sold my memorabilia a year ago. |

I remember Ferg Follies and all of that silly drama. Also guy from England who called himself "Lord ?". Can't think of the last part of his screen name. I think Roy Harris use to post frequently then and his threads always helpful. |
