Life Magazine has produced some of the most beautiful images throughout history, and I am grateful for the collection I have archived. The black and white photography of that era is incredibly telling and I for one can stare at these pics for hours, taking in several details from the images background and just absorbing and sharing the moment. Hats off to the photographers at Life Magazine! One of my all time favorites. Ali's bus rolls up outside of Frazier's gym during training camp and as Joe comes to see what is going on outside an irate Ali is up to his usual antics on the other side of the glass. |

Granted, a couple of these are not high quality images that fit into the flow of these threads, but they are Joe and that qualifies........ This one however, is a great shot!  |

Smokin' Joe is one of the classiest champions ever. Always with a great sense of humor on TV and in interviews, and also with his fantastic soul singing. They dont make them like Frazier anymore. |
