I have a friend that hits pads with Roger. He says Roger tells you these incredibly long and complex combos and you learn them through repitition. He says it makes his hands naturally flow with 6-8 punch combos. He was very high level before Roger andhe believed in Rogers teaching after working with him. I personally hate that and prefer a more dutch

As a longtime muay Thai coach, I would love to be able to just do one class a week on how to hold pads.
