They dont do it by pecking order. I guess it all depends on the circumstance. JBJ fought alot last year and was good so they rewarded him. Some Other fighters that have gotten cars are the guys that coach tuf. Or if your the dominant champ and the boss likes you he can also reward you. Anderson got the car as an extra reward because he stepped up and saved the brazil card.
