UGCTT_SidRival -Oh you shall...I have been feeling real good the last few weeks. So I began to increase my workouts. Well my old high school redone there bleachers. So I am doing some laps around the track and say to myself...Bozy..get em.....I make it almost all the way up and down I came. Didn't get hurt and nobody was around.bozy - Alright guys take note *Oh no. Dare I ask?

Yeah when I was rolling down the bleachers I just tucked and rolled. Yeah Fat guy falling is so funny, I'm so glad Noone was around to catch it.

bozy - Yeah when I was rolling down the bleachers I just tucked and rolled. Yeah Fat guy falling is so funny, I'm so glad Noone was around to catch it.Just busted ur balls bro. For reals though I'm glad ur ok. I've seen some horrendous injuries from people falling down stairs.

UGCTT_SidRival -I have a natural born gift, and the ability to fall off things and not get too hurt. I was at work and unloading a truck and fell off the dock and went 10ft down on my head and shoulder. No injuries just a big scratch on my head..No worries man I'm just a 12er 12ing..in this forum and in life!!!bozy - Yeah when I was rolling down the bleachers I just tucked and rolled. First of the month update:
- I dropped 6 pounds this month, and down a total of 17.2 since starting 2 1/2 months ago. I feel so much lighter on my feet and I can tell there's a major difference in my cardio from just a few months ago. Overall it hasn't been too difficult, not to say it's an easy thing to do...it definitely takes work and sacrafice but it's all worth it...saying it hasn't been that difficult just means when you look at the time you put in and little things you give up for positive changes it really isn't all that much. As humans it's our nature to be greedy fucks, take advantage of things we have and not want to use our time to do extra work. Everyone should have the time for their health if they really want it...just taking 10 minutes out of your day to go for a run adds up in the long run and can do a lot for you. 10 fucking minutes! The same amount of time we waste watching commercials during just one half hour TV show. It really doesn't take much, we just think it does. Keep it ALL about HEALTH! |

Thanks Sid. Like I said from the beginning I believe it's all about setting REALISTIC goals. Staying ahead of what I originally had planned for has become an extra motivation now and since I know I can do this there is no reason for me not to! |

Just got home from training with Caleb day 2. Kid has more heart than the Grinch on Christmas and u can't teach that. He retained everything we taught him on Saturday also. We did some cardio, hit some mitts with takedown defense integrated, sparred a few rounds of kickboxing, rolled a few rounds, went over some positional drills and then did 5 rounds of what I call Bas rounds. Go all out on the heavy bag (we used thai pads and just did 1,2s today) for 1 min then a 1 min rest. Rise and repeat. Bas does this for 15 rounds, we did 5 since we already had a pretty solid practice. Any rate u do that set for 2 days, then u incase the all out time to 1 min 5 secs and decrease the rest to 55 seconds. Do this for 2 days, then increase all out to 1 min 10 secs and decrease rest time to 50 secs. Every 2 days u up the all out and decrease the rest til ur doing 1:30 all out with :30 rest. Brutal but effective for increased fight cardio. All health!

Another day in the books! Kid is really starting to find his riddum. Drilled some clinch work and dirty boxing today he picked it up immediately. I think this is gonna be our gameplan for the fight. Close the distance and beat the guy up on the fence. Sparred and rolled 5 rounds and did day 2 of the Bas rounds. Having a blast training again. Makes me want to take a fight myself. That was the plan anyways lol. War All Health.
