I've seen this brought up to Dana before, and Dana's answers are always that he doesn't feel the uploader/HL maker is making them to make money. He acknowledges that they are made well. He never gives a justifiable reason as to why they're taken down, and yet they keep getting taken down.

It's been explained about fifty thousand times why they're taken down.

1) Legally, if you don't actively defend your trademarks, you can lose them.

2) Google has bots that take down public videos that match the digital fingerprints of copyrighted stuff. No one at Zuffa has to sit there and watch videos and then send "take down" notices. It's all automated. If Zuffa footage is found by a bot in a video, it's taken down automatically. This is why the exact same video will stay up if the footage is altered -- for example, flipped to a mirror-image, or zoomed in a bit: Because it no longer matches the fingerprint.
