Wow, some of you guys have very limited knowledge outside, "I train UFC!". I was thinking the same thing. That said though, there isn't a gi in mma so I don't understand the pulling. You can still use wrist and collar tie up. it can still work ... You have ignored this user.

That drill is probably fine and good for judo but there is no gi in UFC, she's just teaching herself nasty habits and will probably get KO'd sooner rather then later. You have ignored this user.
