Eventually someone's going to try to resell. Don't know why ebay hasn't removed him, I know numerous people including myself have reported his items. You have ignored this user.

grkblood - well damn, I dont knwo now. this happened way back in May, which was before I received a fake poster. For all I know he didn't know because I didn't make him aware until June. I guess the answer is buyer beware. Should he be put on the list?

Maybe now that he's been made aware he won't pass along anything else he got from kult. Since kingbisping's issue happened before your incident, he might not have known.

Although, a standup person would have contacted the people who previously received a kult special from him and made things right. That's what I'd do anyway.

I think there are many, many fake UFC 22's floating around. Is it possible he didn't know, or that he might be mistaken about where he originally got it from? Not everyone keeps records. Just throwing that out there. You have ignored this user.
