I used the Moke marinade on some skirt steak a couple of days ago and it was epic. I marinaded half of it for 2 hours and cooked it and it was perfect. We ate the other half the next night after about 24 hours of marinading and it was too much. 2 hours was perfect for the skirt. I didn't pour the marinade over it after it was done in either case. |

Dunno if I missed it but at what temp and how long should we bake the chicken for? |

I used a Sriracha marinade last night on some grilled pork steaks. It's based on a marinated pork chop recipe I found on allrecipes.com * 2 tablespoons soy sauce * 2 tablespoons vegetable oil * 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce * juice from 1/4 lime * 3 tablespoons brown sugar * 4 tablespoons Sriracha |

Ok, I'll admit if this were the OG & I had decent P-shop skills, I would have made a Moke Hits a Huge Chick! spin a long time ago. |

Another fan of this recipe. Need a new grill, so I baked mine at 425 for 35 min. Pretty damn tasty. |

Turned out even better than I expected... give it a shot, and let me know what you think. I might try using pork chops next time. |
