I don’t think this is uncommon, sex is a very intimate experience sometimes the sensations and emotions it brings can overwhelm you. As long as she is not crying because she is sad it is no big deal. I am sure it is worse when she is hormonal (like around her cycle) or if she had a bad day and became really relaxed after that release. It is probably a good thing like the sex was really good so be proud of yourself it is not a bad thing.
