Leigh -dizz -meow mix - BTW, I have a huge chocolate milk fetish and usually enjoy some after a good workout. Is there any way to incorporate that into a smoothie?! LOL uh, chocolate, peanut butter and sugar sounds horrific?? unless you mean horrific for your waistline(or you are being sarcastic), i find your comment mind bottling |

Leigh - Chocolate powder in chocolate milk sounds nasty. Like mixing powdered milk into normal milk It just makes it taste like really thick chocolate milk, with some of that protein-y flavor Great drink for bulking |

I've been making this in the morning: 1 TBSP natural peanut butter 1 banana 1 TBSP vanilla greek yogurt 2 Ice Cubes Fill the rest with skim milk (it's a 12 oz smoothie total) This is really good, but I'm not sure how "healthy" mine is, so I was looking on here for some other recipes. |

I made some apple sauce the other day and came up with this one. It is delicious. Handful of spinach 1/2 carrot 1/2 cup of apple sauce handful of blueberries enough water to cover the dry goods add whey if desired. |

Try using chilled green tea and flax seed in the protein smithies. A really good source of nutrients.
