Are your shoes too tight? Seems kind of obvious but that's happened to me before when I had my shoes super tight |

I don't think my comment got posted. It's the front part (a third) that numbs. On one or both. Happens when I use the stairs master the elliptical or when I do deads or squats. Doesn't happen Every time but maybe every other time I go to the gym.

Nah, most people's toes go numb on some cardio machines. That's not weird at all. After, "How do i lose weight?" the question "Why do my toes go numb on the elliptical?" is probably the second most common question i get from gym goers lol. |

starting from monday I would like to change things up a bit. currently, i can make it to the gym about 4 times per week consistently, 5 times probably every other week. i've been reading building muscle over strength thread... and needed some clarification... 5x1 to 5x5 then increase the weight? so what do you think of the following these will be the 5x1 program day 1 flies girl push ups, i have not tried to do regular push ups but i think i might be about to do a couple. chest machine dips on the assisted machine (goal to lift my own weight) arnold press (i think thats what its called) (I would really like to work on my shoulders so i can hold my rifle steady for a few rounds, hunting season in october) Day 2 dead lifts sitting rows lat pull back extension Pull up on assisted machine day 3 squats w/bar on the machine lunges leg extension calf raises Day 4 cardio eliptical/stair master/revolving stairs work my way up to 30 mins of 1 min intervals if i go on day 5, start back on day 1 routine? also, i checked my starting weight, and it's been 13 lbs not 15 (yet) didn't mean to mislead. i was just inspired to post again. This week i did IF 16/8 four out of five week days... and it feels quite natural. i am a fan. 5 out of 5 next week. I dont think at my level i need supplements or anything. I take vitamin b complex (noticed a huge difference in my energy levels) i've been anemic since i was 13 so i had no idea this is now "normal" ppl feel and a multi vit because i bought it a while ago and it will expire in september. Im excited to try something new. please advise if im on the right track. thanks! this is what i want to be back to, but hopefully with more boobs. https://fbcdn-sphotos-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/29187_10150178998020551_6122506_n.jpg -soup diet/no carbs/lots of working out https://fbcdn-sphotos-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/165887_10151835967000551_280151038_n.jpg i guess i didn't post a lot of ones where i gained weight. it was hard to find one. how shocking! ha im sure they are out there... but it's embrassing and i feel some shame as well. https://fbcdn-sphotos-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/197672_10151835969680551_301638058_n.jpg saturday. so there you go. my struggle. my attitude to working out and being healthy has changed a lot in the last year. i like this way better for sure. AND the bf perfers it too. |

Nice delivery on the pics haha. That has not gone unappreciated. You should simplify your workout. Notice on that other thread that one of lordseano is only doing one leg exercise, one pull, and two presses (i think he could do one) on each given workout day? So he's doing his whole body every day he goes in, but with only an exercise or two for each major motion. It's a great way to work out because it's very effective, but also very brief. It will work better than what you've been doing, but will also leave you more time for cardio, and both together will help you toward your goal. I'm going to PM you about something related in a moment. |

I don't think my post went through. I wanted to say thanks. It helps keep me motivated. Vermonter is amazing! He has been supportive and keeps me in line. Can't ask for anything more. He really knows his stuff. Today was challenging. But it's almost over and hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Congrats, but to let you know, it is never truly over. This actually makes workouts so damned wonderful. You never are truly done. |

You never are truly done. /\/\ This is true, you need to remember it's not just a diet or a workout, it's a lifestyle you need to follow for the rest of your life, so you stay healthy. |

It should be noted that Nineteen is a very modest person. She has put in a lot of hard work on her own, taken the impetus to learn, and is one of the easiest clients i've worked with. Her results so far are excellent, and I have no doubts that if she really wants to, she will achieve a level well beyond what most people ever achieve. Keep it up :) |

vermonter, you lucky bastid. Every client I ever had that was a hot as nineteen was either a total pain in the ass, an ignoramus, or lazy. Damn you, vermonter! |
