Hijack - a Zebra F301 pen is stainless steel, strong as heck, and it's a regular pen, nothing tactical about it. Worrying more about getting sued or charged if you defend yourself with a kubotan, yawara, knife or gun does you no good and just makes you feel paranoid. Study up on the law in your area, get local legal consultation, train, and carry what you practice with and worry about the lawyers after you survive. The truth is ANYTHING you do can be used against you, that's the leeches.....errr lawyers JOB. To convince a jury of their viewpoint. Using any tool you carry, using a pen, a water bottle, a brick, your fists, etc. |

Well to be honest, I don't see myself using such a weapon without first trying to de-escalate the situation. |
