Looks like the issue of protection was ROMO. The Cowboys are running a vanilla scheme... 1) first sack...Romo held on the ball for over 4 seconds. 2) second sack...Romo saw 2 WRs bump into each other and he held the ball for over 4 seconds. This does not excuse COLUMBO poor play...it seems he has lost a step. We should prep up Barron to play the right side if he doesn't improve. You have ignored this user.

Kudos to Roy for turning a one Pro Bowl appearance career in Detroit into a huge payday in Dallas but it’s time we took our team back from mediocrity and failure at that position. Goodbye Roy! Needless to say I'm disgusted about the loss to Washington this weekend. To only score seven points against Washington is pathetic!!!!! IMO, Dallas has all the tools to be an elite team except for the O-Line and the play calling. The O-Line has provided poor pass protection and poor run blocking and, thus, has been the main contributing factor why Dallas’ offence is so anaemic. Alex Barron continues his pattern of sub-standard play and generating penalties; a pattern he started when the played for the Rams. On the bright side, Left Tackle Doug Free and Center Andre Gurode have played well so far. Offensive play calling by Jason Garrett also leaves a lot to be desired. Marion Barber got only eight carries, Felix Jones got only eight carries and Tashard Choice got only five carries. Also, it was DUMB play calling on the offensive side that lead to the only Washington touchdown when Jason Garrent called a needless play in the last 4 seconds of the half which resulted in the Tashard Choice fumble and the Washington touchdown. It’s amazing how the same weaknesses that were exposed in last year’s play off game against the Vikings are still very much in existence today with this Cowboys team. Unreal! Agree with everything you said above. 3 people have to go.. Wade, JG, and Roy Williams. Then we can be a superbowl team. Right now you have an elite level team that is coached by a pushover and very few of the players are on the same page. Except on defense.. they looked real good. Offense is a nightmare. We will get it back on track against Chicago this coming week though. You have ignored this user.

Alex Barron was horrible. HOWEVER...we all new he was bad...where was the RB/TE assistance??? The last play...Barber ran a pattern while Barron went 1 on 1 with Orakpo( best Skins pass rusher ). Garrett has and always will be a tool. Romo should be allowed to call his own plays like Peyton. Upgrading the Oline is a must next year. Wade is prob. gone this year. We do need a coach with more fire. Wade coaching has no accountability. You have ignored this user.
