if anyone is interested in mma here in buffalo ny please shoot me an email we have a pretty good size group of guys that have been training for a few years , we are former training partners of josh koschek aswell. 3 of our guys have already started fighting one has a record of 4-1 the other is now the number one contender in the hammer house cage fighting in ohio. we also have done very well at the chicago naga. all skill levels are welcome we are simpky looking for more sparring partners and guys who are serious about mma |
