Plus, I've been to that place. I found GroundControl Baltimore with John Rallo shortll after and made the switch. I am now with Crazy 88 BJJ with Julius Park. |

Baltimore County. I am familiar with Ground Control and crazy 88. My only thing with crazy 88 is it looks like they only train twice a week. |

88 BJJ trains three times a week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday) and if we get more students we are sure to get another day. You should check it out, Julius Park is really good with working with students and trying to delevop their own game plans. |

It all depends. Right now I'm away at college and won't be back until later this month, but go to the website at www.88bjj.com and shoot Julius an E-mail. Tell him you heard about 88 on the UG. If he asks who refered you, just tell him "some college kid." |

Brennan, you're a douche. Hamilton, I've trained at both places as well. John and everyone at GroundControl are great. I am really thankful for my time there. I learned a lot, and had a great time. Now, I also train with Julius at 88 Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Julius is the shit. We have a lot of newer grapplers, and a few more experienced competitors, so whatever your level, we have people to accomodate. Also, I can't say enough about Julius as an instructor. He's elevated my game significantly in a time I've been training with him. The guy is a freakin jiu-jitsu genius. He spends individual time with each and every student, and he's got a strong, and growing, club. It's a really laid back atmosphere, and a very fun atmosphere to learn jiu-jitsu and improve your game. No offense to any of the other area clubs, but other than GroundControl, and 88BJJ, no one in the area does REAL Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. If you're interested, Julius' email is info@88bjj.com, and the website is www.88bjj.com. GroundControl's website is www.planetmayhem.net. If you have any other questions, my e-mail is LastDon008@hotmail.com. Brennan (ValeTudo020) and I live in Harford County and commute down to Julius' club 3 times a week. That'll go up to 4 in about a month. Good luck with wherever you choose. |
