I remember back years ago, there was a lot of talk and rumors about an anti-oxidant that MFS was using. This supplement supposedly increased cardio to a very high degree and it was a closely guarded secret in the MFS camp. Supposedly all the MFS fighters were using it with amazing results. In the newest grappling mag, in the interview with Pat Militech, he once again mentions this amazing supplement, but didn't say what it actually was. Has it ever been made public what this supplement was?
