That ref was annoying and probably deserved a shot in the head, but professionalism should always be first priority, especially in the fight game. |

"if he was 1 foot outside the ropes he would be in jail for assualt." Striking the ref, inside the ring or not is grounds for assault. They gave Landless the oppourtunity to press charges on Phil Baroni after that incident, and Landless declined... |

Thats some Fuked up Shi*. It's not enough that these smaller shows don't pay squat, let alone a guy suffer this type of trauma for someone who's obviously got some issues. Someone should really look into this matter. Kyle's and guys who have keep on striking after the initial KO should be banned, not sure about a lifetime ban but there should be some type of penalty. MMA's come a long way since the first UFC and is picking up steam. The fighters are finally getting some respect as more people understand the sport. Guys like Mike are the reason people still associate the sport as being barbaric and violent. |

Yvel seems to retaliate more than anything, He started gouging frye after the headbutt, and as I've said before, I'd have done a lot worse than that to a ref who couldn't remember the position to reset to and fined me a point for his incompetance, as soon as the ref saw he couldn't repeat the position it should have been a start from neutral corners. Kyle on the other hand cheats at any opportunity, then tries to spin it post fight, I wouldn't just ban him, I'd have him charged for some of the stuff he pulls |
