Didnt want to do Hawaii, cause it seems everyone does that and im more likely just to go to Hawaii for a vacation sometime down the road, whereas Tahiti I hardly hear about and doubt I would just go there for a vacation..

I honeymooned in Tahiti ten years ago next year. I just spent two weeks in Maui this February. While I was very surprised with Maui and will add it to the list of one of the top 3 most beautiful places I've ever been, Tahiti was on another level. We stayed in a over-water bungalow in Bora Bora and a beach front villa in Moorea and simply put it was paradise. If you have a chance to do Tahiti, take full advantage of it. (See that this thread is quite old now, but still couldn't resist. Both Maui and Tahiti are sights to see.) You have ignored this user.
