Hello Forum Members- I'm planning a trip to Rio sometime next year. I would like to know which are the best academies to train at. Also, if you, or have trained, at the following academies, please don't hesitate to give your opinions and experiences; 1)Gracie Humaita 2)De La Riva's 3)Academia Strauch 4)Carlson Gracie 5)Rilion Gracie academy 6)Brasa Thanks in advance guys and gals! |

DonnaTroy- How far is the Nova Uniao school from Copacabana? Also, do you train there yourself? Thanks again! |

One or two metro stations away from Botafogo, depending on where in Copacabana you are going to stay. |

I assume you no longer train at a Nova Uniao school when you said "I used to train at Nova União Brasília". How was the training at NU Flamengo? Appreciate all your help. Thanks again! |

I don't train anymore because my shoulders are severely injuried. The training in Rio is top level, they have the best fighters there, in a friendly environment. |
