Okay the update is this: The material was shot once but it's due to be reshot with better quality and additions. Then a little bit of editing and producing the actual copies. We REALLY hope that this all will happen before the end of september. BUT one can't be sure as Karl has lots of other things on his hands right now. Definately would like to put it out before christmas this year. Jorgen (an unofficial messenger from Karl's Gym) (until the video comes out - learn and practice the floating tan sao which you will find in a clip when searching for SBG anti clinch in youtube or google. Make sure you get the switching leads right. It is mighty important) You have ignored this user.

But it looks to be a big set. . .we shot dozens of hours. I will know more in a week or so.
